THE DAILY ROUTINE – 24HRS, 7 DAYS A WEEK

Every human being owns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nobody has 25 hours nor 8 days a week. God is fair to all of us..so why is it that we always complain about not having much time to do all the things that we want to do? Can we become everything that we wanted to be..? an astronaut cum designer cum scientist cum photographer cum emcee?? Is it possible??

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE

my daily routine begins —- wake up around 5.30 am (morning air is good to prevent Tuberculosis) and ends at 11.30 pm. I segregate my 24 hours to:

  1. 6 hours of sleep
  2. 10 hours of working
  3. 7 hours of goal’s work
  4. 1 hour of rest

When i’m not working, I allocate 5 hours for working, 11 hours for goals and 2 hours rest. (mostly on weekends). Why must i allocate that 5 hours for working even on holidays??? Well.. within that 5 hours allocation, I could concentrate on my other business or activities that could generate money.

WHAT’S WITH THE 7 HOURS ON GOAL’S WORK??
Every goal must have the necessary plans to follow. Goals without a time line or plan …masuk gol lah goal tu. And so, 7 hours daily is the time i have to achieve all my goals. they are the small steps before achieving those big dreams. Every hour, 10 minutes before the hour ends, I’ll get prepared for my next activities – allowing myself to breath at least!

Pretty tight huh??? yeap. but i have to sacrifice now to secure my life in future..and at the same time become an all rounded person. huhu. GO NAWAL GO!

TIME IS EVERYTHING TO ME. ONCE YOU LOSE TIME, YOU WON’T GET IT BACK. THEREFORE ENJOY AND EMBRACE YOUR YOUTH AND YOUR STRENGTH. USE IT WISELY.**nawal**
